Saturday September 7, 2024 VoterGA’s Garland Favorito gave an update about the four new election integrity lawsuits (click here for slides) that were filed within the span of eight days.
- Provide the 2020 ballots from Fulton County.
- Follow the law in periodically cleaning voter rolls.
- Follow the law to require encryption protocols in the election database.
- Require the GA Secretary of State (and Attorney General) to correct invalid registrations, take preventative action and not certify elections that exceed federal maximum allowable errors.
Garland also reviewed proposed GA State Election rule changes. They are simple and logical. You can see the proposed rules here:
